The Nevers
I watched the 1st episode last night, and I think this will be a good show. A science fiction series set in Victorian London, it looks like they were visited by aliens who sprinkled something on them. The cast seems pretty great.

I have started watching it now. It was a bit surreal seeing "Joss Whedon" as the only name for the first four credits at the end titles. I guess he'll be gone from everything but "created by" by the end. There were a few lines in the opener that felt a bit too "Whedon" but hey that's what he does. Or did. Anyway, it was pretty good. There were a lot a of characters and I don't know what the point of all of them is yet (the weird sex club?) but it was fun enough. I like the Irish girl. I'll keep watching.

The show was pretty good. Some of the dialogue was a bit too "Whedon" (even stuff he didn't write) but the cast were all good at delivering it. I liked the finale even though they made it pretty obvious that Amelia was from the future. Some things felt a bit rushed like characters changing sides before we even knew them (Bonfire Annie) and stuff? I liked their little car. It was fine, I'll watch the next part of the season or whatever it is.
