Have any of you seen this film?
Planning on seeing it next week and was just wondering if it lived up to its trailers?

My mistake, it's not Hidden Figures that we are planning on seeing Wednesday. That one will be later date. But we will see it as soon as it comes to the discount theater.

I WATCHED IT TODAY!

It was very good. Taraji P Hensen was great in the lwad, she should have been nominated for an Oscar. I don;t like Kevin Costner but he was good too. It made me want to read the book, because it was a great story, but I wonder about the details, because it all unfolded in a very Hollywood way on screen.

Finally got to see it. Never made it to the theater but purchased it several weeks after it came out in the stores.

Like Eggs commented; I too would love to read the book to see the truth behind it all. It saddens me that we were never taught about the people behind the scenes. The space program would never have succeeded without them. Watching some of the deleted scenes makes at least one line in the movie clearer and more meaningful.
