OA and The Umbrella Academy

Post by Eyes High »

Two shows I've started watching lately. Probably will finish both shows this weekend. My youngest son wants to me hurry up and finish UA so we can discuss it, he binged watched it a couple of weeks ago.

Have any of y'all watched either one of this shows and if so, what are your opinions so far? No spoilers please just incase I don't get a chance to finish them.

I really liked the Umbrella Academy. Some of it was a little predictable, some of it wasn't, and I enjoyed it all the way through. Watched it twice, in fact, because after I saw it the first time I also watched it with my wife.

I liked them both. Umbrella is a lot easier to understand, there's loads of stuff in OA that just seems crazy and random but I think all it makes a kind of internal sense and hopefully they'll get to finish their story.

I liked Umbrella Academy, it was a bit slow at times, I guess. I never watched OA (or even heard of it!).
