Stories about local folk lore, phantom cars, doplegangers, bigfoot, strange music playing from another room?

All those things are cool, although I don't know that I would include bigfoot in the category of "ghosts".

I only included it because I am listening to a podcast from a local North Bend resident who believes in all of these things. The podcast is pretty cool. Him and his wife are pretty talented musically, so is his brother actually. His wife is also an artist. I think their whole family is.
His podcast sort of reminds me of listening to Coast to Coast with George Nori.

#2 Just listening now-talks of torture by a hells angel person.....more on the side of true crime stories for this episode it seems.

I enjoy reading historical ghost stories. I feel it can add to the ambiance of the locale.
