The news headlines have brought me down today, so I started watching other things.

I found Lair of the White Worm on some dodgy Roku channel and enjoyed watching very young versions of Peter Capaldi and Hugh Grant fighting vampires and big mouthed creatures.

As a result, I am now watching all the modern-day Doctor Whos in shuffle. I started with Vincent and the Doctor (Matt Smith), but I hope a Capaldi episode comes up soon.

Well that was quick (and intense) lol -- the next ep to come up is Hell Bent, the one right after Clara's death.

That's probably his best episode.

I had to stop the shuffle and watch regular TV for a while, but after I finished work, I went back and started watching sequentially (no more shuffle) from Matt Smith's penultimate ep, The Time of the Doctor. Right now it's up to Capaldi/Clara's first Christmas ep with Santa Claus, where they're all dreaming or something.

Sometimes one must take a break from the news.

But they could be a kitten cake bakery that refuses to serve gay cat couples!

After the events of the day, not only at work but another news story of an assualt, reading the comments and an accidental comment by a family member I was trying to watch something to zone me out-BUT STRANGELY I COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WITHOUT MALE RAGE in it! Even Anne with an E had a drunk man and a young arrogant male.
AND THEN-my friend tags me in a post with a picture of Jack Nicholson and Bernie in the background. I said, "Scary!" and she said, "Scary, but funny right"
I COULD NOT LAUGH AT IT!

Please tell me if there are any shows where there is no rage.
