I had a similar idea before. I was chatting with someone about how much AI (I fucking hate the use of the word even) Fucking fuck.
Okay, so here is the movie.
I basically live on an island, the only way in or out if by boat, seaplane, airplane or to hike in. Say one of us goes downlake one day and discovers that the whole world is gone and all that is left is AI and robots. We are the last humans on this earth.
They somehow make it back to "the island" and tell us all about it, but no one believes them because "I just talked to Mr Jones at the hardware store the other day"
Then of course someone else goes downlake and they either make it back or they don't and soon what is left is just enough people on the "island" to make it a good Twilight Zone styled episode.
One brave warrior is sent out to go find out where all the humans have gone or if they can find any other humans on any other islands.
Wait-has this been done before?
