No matter how long something seems to be lasting it still ends and then it's like it didn't happen because something is only happening while it happens.

What if wallowing in grief actually CAN bring your loved ones back? HOW ABOUT THAT, SCIENCE?

Had another "I told my mum to go to the doctor in time to save her life" dream last night. Think those are going to come up a lot for however long I live.

They will, and there is no set time to grieve. Some days will be better than others. It's been 16 years since my mother passed away and 27 years since my grandmother passed away, yet just two weeks ago I had a dream in which both were present. They were just doing everyday stuff, nothing scary or sad or painful. Just a group in the front sitting room (parlor) of my grandmother's house talking and getting ready for some dinner.

So even though the pain is fresh and your mind is trying to work thru it in its own way, the dreams will get better and the good memories you have of the time together will slowly replace those "what if" dreams.

And while I don't know you as well as Cassie or Dr. Dave or Eggs know you, I too wish you the very best. Your friends are here for you.
