Is this a tree that is hanging over a house or too close to a house? I hope it doesn't fall!!!!

It is supposed to snow in some parts of the state w/in the week.

Fortunately it isn't hanging over the house, but it is hanging over the transformer (the thing that looks like a metal garbage can on electricity poles). If it falls, it will take out the transformer, and my electricity, AND MY INTERNET

Also, it could hit the front of my brother's house, and take out some of his windows, but probably not cause structural damage.

I uploaded a picture of it to imgur a few years ago, right after hurricane Irma, but now I can't find the bbc codes on imgur anymore. Maybe they don't have that feature anymore. ANYWAY, this is the tree

Oh wow, it automatically embeds the picture? I didn't know that.
