Do monkeys ever get bored?

Monkeys know exactly what they like, and aren't afraid to tell the world: They like climbing/hanging. they like their fruit, and their dicks, and their poo.

I admire and envy monkeys for that.

But apparently cats and dogs and other animals get bored. And people online are always saying, " get it a companion!"
