The TP Episode

I have posted about my aversion to purchasing toilet paper, which was probably more ponounced before the pandemic, during and after the pandemic I'm like, "Eh who cares, everyone buys it, get over yourself" But it still lingers on.
I went to the grocery store yesterday, purchased a bag full of items and TP and used the self check out and left the TP there. I was home for about an hour when I realized I had left it there, went to my car to double check and sure enough it wasn't in my vehicle. So I had to call the store and ask if I could pick it up later, like tomorrow, I had changed into my comfort clothes and didn't feel like getting appropriatly dressed or driving again (It is 2 only 2 blocks away)

So then I made up a whole Seinfeld episode in my head of what it would look like. Jerry would be the one paranoid of buying TP, even tho everyone would assume it would be George, but really it could be Elaine, but the most neurotic would be George or Jerry.

George would get home and do what i did and realize he forgot to pack the TP with him, so he would call the store, and they would say, "Of course you can come by any time to pick it up". Then the store would remark, "We tried to follow you out but you were so fast!" To which George would be paranoid and say something like, "Well I wasn't in a hurry to go home and use the TP!" (He wasn't) And then he would over explain how he had enough TP to last through the night, and he would make up some reason for being in a hurry, like eating dinner.

Then later one George, Elaine and Jerry, later joined by Kramer would be at the diner and over discussing how could George forget the TP.

And then later later you would see George returning to pick up the TP and there is a really cute woman at the counter and he is mortified so he doesn't get it, but then buys a new package at a different store, but at some point he ends up getting a whole bunch and becoming a TP hoarder, or Kramer does.

But then we see Jerry just picking up the phone to have his groceries delivered and he thinks he is on top of the world and ahead of the whole gang when he opens up the bags and realizes
They forgot the TP.

LOL Thanks!

And the receipt wasn't in my purse or my vehicle it was amongst my art project, but I imagined going in to the store to retrieve the TP and the person really requiring that receipt and me taking 10 years to find it and walking by the TP sitting there every time I went to the store.

Also add on that Kramer steals his TP and has never once purchased a roll of TP ever in his life. OR he buys like the best silk imported from somewhere.

Next Seinfeld Episode:

The accidental Friend Request.

I recently accidently sent a FR to someone when trying to post on a common board we belong to and I thought I deleted it and then I didn't and she accepted it. I didn't know if I should tell her what happened. OMG
I could sit for hours at the diner and talk about this and the what ifs.
