I got distracted by wordle having an ad when I pulled it up on my chromebook. (Sometimes I play it on my phone, sometimes chromebook)

Yeah ads started appearing for me in Firefox last week. And if I enable Privacy Badger to block the ad, the page won't work for me

AND I PAY FOR A NY TIMES SUBSCRIPTION!

I haven't tried it in another browser recently, and I never play it on phone/pad...
