The Sleep Thread

Post by Eggs Loki »

I've been working a lot of overtime lately.

And I've had to do life stuff and run errands and wait for supers/deliveries during the day.

I didn't get any sleep for like 36 hours straight.

I finally got a solid 4 hours sleep just now, but then I woke up and I'm awake.

I should go back to bed.

But here I am.

But I'll go back to bed soon.

Hopefully I can just sleep the whole weekend away.

Yeah I went back to bed soon after that post, and I got another solid 5 hours. I felt rested when I woke up.

Now I just have to get through this work shift and I can relax all weekend (knock wood)...

I jinxed myself.
Woke up from my after work nap around 7-8 and was awake until 3.

I don't know when I'm asleep and when I'm awake.

I've started taking magnesium at night.

After staying up late last night watching cocaine movies I came home from work and once again took a nap. I was motivated by food, so I woke up and now I am drinking moon brew.

The claim with moon brew is that you won't be groggy in the morning. I don't agree. But I did sleep pretty well.
