What kills me is that they aren't fighting over health/safety concerns. Both sides are being greedy fucks about the money, money, money.

Yeah, the Players Association just threw in the towel and told the owners to set a schedule for a season. While that sounds like they are giving up and will start playing, what it really means in that they will lawyer up once the schedule is announced and go into some kind of arbitration or lawsuit situation. There's a good chance that we won't have a season at all this year. And that next year's won't start up like a normal one either.
