went on a walk
eating some food
tomorrow I will do laundry and then make a schedule for the rest of the week?

now eating breakfast
don't have a plan for the rest of the day. Maybe another walk!
but mostly just chores

Like today
it is nice outside
The regatta has begun-I can hear the boats
I don't want any of that Northwest Sunshine Guilt happening!

Mostly I am going to motivate myself to get moving and get some things done
