Our general manager will be working tomorrow night, so I guess I will be avoiding him as much as possible.

I got an offer to work on the boat again.

I said yes.

It will be both office and boat days with a possibility to train as 2nd captain (I'm not getting my hopes up!)

This will get me by for the summer.

Will you get vaccination Eggs?

I 100% love my job. I am so happy, but really trying to downplay it all and be as low key as I can.

My only new concern that I didn't have before-I have boat days before my 2nd covid shot. It makes me slightly nervous. I am trying to have good and positive thoughts and I will be wearing a mask and trying not to touch my face or lick the railings. I do not want to get sick.

Turns out one of the artists (my good friend/drinking buddy) had a blood clot in his leg that shot up to his lung. They treated him in the hospital and seem to have taken care of it, and he should be coming home tomorrow and coming back to work Monday.

I could barely concentrate on work today, we were texting back and forth.

I will be getting vaccinated, I just have to stop procrastinating and get off my lazy agoraphobic ass and set it up.

I scrolled really fast and thought I had said "This thread needs a manager"

and then I thought "FFS Mirah, why would you say that?"

Also....speaking of micro chips I now use a clock in method on my phone for the boat company. THEY CAN TRACK WHERE I AM! But only when I am on the clock.
