Lucky.

I had an interview today with the internet design owner who needs a personal assistant. She also at one point joked "I need a wife" and I was just like in my head, "How the hell am I supposed to respond to that?" So I said, "Will you like my cooking?"
I can't explain the whole situation where she said this, but it was quite comical. And then when she started walking around and showing me all of her projects and things she does, it made sense.
She also owns B&B's.
The wage is nice, but the hours are low. But I could make it work if I had boat days and theater days. When the theater goes really late is what kills me tho. It is nice that I can set my own hours tho with the internet company. I will know by the end of the week if she likes me or not!

I had a fun first week at my job. My boss sent an email introducing me to the bookkeeper who I will also work with and she used words to describe me like, "detail-oriented", "Organized"
My sister and one of my close friends are waaaay more organized-especially in thier personal lives. In my personal life my place can get quite messy at times, especially when I'm so busy, but I think my work life is much more organized.
I mean even when I told my mom what she said my mom acted surprised. LOL my family doesn't think of me as being the organized one-mostly because of my spontinaity I think.

I just said no to something I didn't want to do. When usually I would say yes all the time to anything. The person gave me a choice, so I took it and said no. IT WASN'T EASY THO!!!!!

So last night a friend of the managers visited him after closing while we were cleaning. And usually he goes upstairs to get changed out of his fancy tux while I'm downstairs cleaning away and when that happened last night I was like "OH God they are upstairs having sex while I'm down here cleaning"
But then she totally came downstairs and was hanging with me and asking me all sorts of questions and I think she is pretty cool.
She actually lives in the house that I lived in when I first moved into town.

I got a raise.
After 1 week at my new job and I got a raise.

She told me and the new amount while I was doing shopping for her and I almost fell over. I had to sit down.
