My stomach is better. I came home after shopping that night and all I had for dinner was a can of beans! The old style that we used to eat w/ hotdogs, I didn't have it w/ a hotdog, just a can of beans.
That was dumb.

Little aches and pains are annoying!

After almost a week of nothing but water and TheraFlu (and cramps), my appetite is totally back. I have to be careful not to overdo it the first few days.

I feel less overwhelmed today....but maybe still a sense of...something isn't right. IS THAT JUST HOW WE FEEL NOWADAYS?!

Did you do something to your shoulder at work or play or rest? Were you carrying something heavy?!
