It snowed yesterday and last night, but only accumulated about 2 1/2 inches.

Currently 34 F 1 C

Started the day with some clear skies and sun and now it is cloudy at noon with what is called blue fog appearing on the mountainsides.

It has been warm
so warm that I did not make a fire last night-
also I was trying to save my kindling for the wekeend.

Will I jump in to the lake on New Years?! Or at least dip my toe in? Or just lay in the snow? (Snow sounds funner and easier)

It is in the 30's here.

I don't think my wood pile is going to make it this winter. I stopped making fires in the morning and use space heaters instead. My electric bill will be high. Dang
