I feel like I'm going to fall over all the time

Yesterday I was on the big boat for a 10 hour shift. I haven't been on it but once this summer.

Then I decided to take some 5HTP last night-to help w/mood/depression during fire/smoke season.

But at some point I just started feeling dizzy, so I laid down and everytime I got up I was so dizzy, it was so wierd. I usually take 5 HTP in the morning, but my friend takes it at night and the bottle says take on an empty stomach so that is what I did.

I have no idea if that is what caused my dizziness. I didn't see that on the list of side effects.

I had a really bad dizzy spell a week ago. Think it was my low blood pressure.

Apparently trigger thumb is a thing.

When I woke up this morning my thumb was "clicking" and I thought "oh no" "I broke it" so I did what anyone would do, I went back to sleep. When I woke up it was fine, but I can tell it isn't completly "normal" in fact I think my hand is sort of going through a rough time lol

My whole body hurts
Everything is stiff, I can't bend very well
I need to start moving more
But currently I am sitting in front of the TV
With a back massager hoping to feel better

I know.

I finally got out today and walked almost 2 miles, it felt good and I feel better now. But most of my upper body is still stiff, my neck and shoulders especially. I wish I had a hot tub. That would be amazing.

Now I am sitting, watching t.v. (netflix)
