Have you seen any news coverage of the fire and the town of Stehekin?

At one point the media or social media was painting Stehekin residents as ungrateful to the fire fighting efforts and then another news article related them to Harry Truman who perished under the Mt St Helen's blast of 1980.

The town is under a level 3 evacuation but most of the residents are staying. There are currently 80 something residents uplake, down from 90 something the week prior.

I evacuated on July 28.

Some media rode a boat up and had to wear the yellow and green nomax that the fire fighters wear. I thought I got more pictures of them. I was just annoyed that I couldnt' get in the water that day.

I haven't seen coverage of it. I don't watch much news, but I think it is to north of us. I'd imagine news stations like KOMO in Seattle would be covering it more then down here.

I have returned home after being out for 26 days
It feels like it was a non fire really
