Here's how I got the Instagram video (it's not easy). In Firefox:

1) With the Instagram page up, go to the Tools menu at the top of the browser and select "Page Info"
2) Click on the Media tab in the pop-up window
3) Select the first item at the top of the list of items, and then cursor down the list until you come upon the video (it will show up in the preview window beneath the list)
4) Right-click on the highlighted item and select "Copy"
5) Paste the link in between [video] tags

SEE? EASY PEEZY LEMON SQUEEZY!
