CLEVELAND, Ohio - Scientists have found that cuddling with your cat will help keep him healthy, which means you now have an excuse to go home and get your cuddle on.

If you've ever wondered if your cat was getting as much from your cuddle sessions as you do, a 2015 study published in the Journal of Preventive Veterinary Medicine said the behavior is mutually beneficial.

She's good! She can't jump as well as she used to but otherwise seems fine.

My sister has a cat who's 21(!) and is kind of senile and shabby looking.
