Is it Snowpocalypse?

Seattle and surrounding areas got hit with snow this weekend. On Thursday people started going to the stores and stocking up on groceries leaving bread, milk and meat aisles empty! I thought it was a joke at first, seeing friends post pictures-but then I realized they were being serious. People waiting in lines forever etc etc
I thought it was funny.
Seattle is not equiped to handle snow.

Where i live now in Chelan-every other person has a snow plow on their truck. I can walk to the store, I could walk to work if I had to or get a ride. Plus after living in the mountains for 2 1/2 years, the snow isn't that big of a deal to me. But I always liked it anyway.

I want more snowstorms, we haven't had enough of them. We keep getting an inch or two or just freezing rain. Which isn't all white and pretty but ugly and muddy and wet and black ice-y the next morning.
